Our board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, Linda Flickinger, APRN, PMHNP, offers deprescibing/reduction of mental health medications and offers a different yet common sense approach to living our best lives in a welcoming, compassionate environment via telehealth.
With nearly four decades of experience in psychiatric care, Linda brings a rare combination of clinical depth and genuine warmth to every patient she serves. She partners with individuals and families across our community to navigate mental health challenges and pursue meaningful, lasting wellness.
At Rural and Health Disparities Psychiatric Services, Linda begins with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and then tailors treatments to individualized needs. She specializes in deprescribing, and takes a holistic and integrative approach to mental health care. Sometimes, we need to take the time to look deeper in a collaborative way and medications have their place, though not necessarily the first step.
